Your Academy Guide

Find your way.
Make it your journey.

Where to start, what to try next and where to find help.

You set the pace.

You do not need to share personal experiences to take part. Ask questions about the learning, try the fictional examples and choose actions that matter to you.

Prototype boundary: there are no secure student accounts or cross-device saves yet. Onboarding is a fictional walkthrough. Your browser saves are not a secure live student record.

01

Start with your Development Year

Home shows your current theme. This Week brings the lesson, practice and facilitated learning together. The blue Development Year ring is illustrative in this prototype.

02

Work through a lesson at your pace

Understand introduces the idea. Practise lets you try it. Reflect offers optional personal consideration. Apply helps you plan a real opportunity. You can revisit steps; watching a video alone does not complete the educational activities.

03

Use checks to learn

Knowledge checks give feedback about the lesson material. You can try again. They do not rate your personality. The orange ring tracks the first lesson’s checks; the green reflection ring is an optional marker chosen by you.

04

Choose your next move

Pick one small action and an opportunity to try it. Return when useful to mark Tried, Not yet or Adjusting. Follow-up is optional, private within Academy views and separate from your journal. There is no streak or deadline.

05

Explore choices safely

Branching scenarios use fictional football and everyday situations. Try different routes and compare the feedback. There is no timer, grade or saved personality profile.

06

Keep reflection your own

You may reflect without writing. The journal is excluded from club and facilitator views, resource search and awards. This prototype saves notes unencrypted in this browser, so someone using the browser may access them. Use fictional, non-sensitive examples.

Learn with your cohort

Use the noticeboard and shared practices. Participation and personal disclosure are optional. Discussion is a concept preview: drafts stay on this device and cannot be posted. There are no public profiles, direct messages or social feeds.

Prepare for facilitated sessions

Cohort sessions show schedules entered on this device. An approved Zoom link opens Zoom separately. The prototype does not create meetings, record sessions or track attendance. Times use Europe/London.

Find something useful

Search the library and filter resources by theme, stage, format or PR5 function. Bookmarks stay on this device. External resources open separately and use their own privacy arrangements.

Know where to get support

Get support explains the planned contacts and handling arrangements. Academy requests and reports are not enabled or monitored here. Journals and next moves are never scanned for requests. Direct UK support contacts are available on the support page.
